Suicide intervention Program
Provides short-term counselling, crisis intervention and assessment to children and youth aged 5 to 19 in Delta who are identified as a moderate to high risk of suicide. Hours of service: Monday to Friday 9 - 4:30pm
This program is available by referrals only from the School District or MCFD.
Delta Assist Substance Use Program
Online counselling to any person directly or indirectly affected by a substance use problem. This service is for individuals, couples, families, youth and seniors. We provide counselling as well as treatment referrals when needed.

The Foundry- Virtual Clinics
Virtual clinics offering counselling, peer support, primary care and family support through voice calls, video and chat for young people aged 12-24 and their families. 16 existing virtual Foundry centres are now accepting virtual walk-in counselling.

Free online programs for young people aged 13-30. The YMCA of British Columbia’s Y Mind program helps young people cope with stress, worry and anxiety.

Y Mind is a free, seven-week group program delivered across BC. The Teen program is for ages 13 - 18, and Youth for ages 18 - 30. For those who will be 18 at intake, it is up to them which group they would prefer to join, based on which age group they feel they fit with more at the time. There are generally 10 -14 participants per group, and each group is led by two Y Mind facilitators.

• The CYMH referral and intake process determines whether children and youth are best served by CYMH or are better served by other services.
• Intake is a screening. Not an assessment.
• CYMH typically sees clients with moderate to severe chronic mental health symptoms.
• We provide short-term services.
• We are not an emergency mental health service.
